Before Classet, Endries' HR team faced a familiar distribution industry challenge: plenty of applicants, but a disproportionate amount of time spent screening, scheduling, and documenting. For frontline warehouse and operations roles, candidates were applying to 10+ employers simultaneously, and only talking to the first two that responded.

Our biggest challenge wasn't the lack of applicants—it was the time and effort required to identify the right candidates, do it quickly and consistently. Our recruitment team spent a disproportionate amount of time on administrative, logistic work.
